5.将泡凉的凤爪捞出沥干水分,取一容器,放入有泡椒、泡姜、泡花椒、泡大蒜的泡菜水适量,将凤爪放入里面,视泡菜水的咸度决定加不加盐,泡菜水一定要没过凤爪
