配 料: 鲜百合1朵(掰开)、荷兰豆(或蜜豆)2两、虾仁80克、玉子豆腐1条(切块)。

操 作: 玉子豆腐先两面扑上少许生粉(可吸掉表面水份,煎时不易烂),用平底锅小火煎至两面金黄,备用。
