1、五花肉整理干净后放沸水锅中煮约十分钟,其间打去浮沫。!Hl{/G-?UP P:N6z

2、五花肉捞出稍晾;葱切成两段;老姜拍破;取甘蔗皮剖成窄条,编成格子状以代替篾笆(我是找不到可以用来垫锅底的东东,只好想出用甘蔗皮代替的办法)。
