五花肉蒸白菜

3.锅中加入开水,烧开后放入五花肉汆一下,变色即捞出。大白菜放入盆中。4xmWt&Hn

4.汆好的五花肉中加入葱姜,大料,味精或鸡精,酱油,耗油和花生油,腌制几分钟。

五花肉没必要汆,直接上锅蒸就可以。如果担心白菜会烂,可以先蒸肉。我自己试过~:teeth
