1、蒸好的米饭如果是成块的,最好用筷子从旁边到中间反复划拨,使米饭散开,然后再用锅铲炒匀。如果一下子用锅铲压,会把饭粒的形压坏(蒸得越湿的饭粒越容易被压坏)。8O%MfK5p9H"P0n+M D
