1.先将鱼收拾干净(可请卖鱼的老板将鱼宰杀好,自己弄可是很麻烦滴!),鱼肚子里面有一层黑色的膜,一定要将其清洗干净,再将鱼的两边各斜划两刀;

2.葱切花,香菜切段,生姜切丝,取一部份姜丝切成末;
