咖喱鸡块
原料:草鸡一只,粟子。调料:料酒、盐、糖、咖喱一袋。

这种烧法我也做过,比较简单又美味,我觉得是和新疆的大盘鸡差不多的方法。

我觉得鸡块要先灼一下,这样才能入味吧,另外楼主一次做鸡肉的太多了,建议分两次做完比较好
