干贝蘑菇汤,味道挺鲜[9P] [color=darkslateblue][size=4]
最近挺郁闷,于是用美食来调节心情,前几天看了新浪美食博客,受了启发,学了一道菜,回家打开冰箱,凑够了食材,就动手做了。
材料:干贝 口蘑
做法:干贝 口蘑 在开水里抄一遍,捞起待用。
炒锅烧热,倒油,放入蒜爆香,再将干贝、口蘑放入翻炒,香味出来后,加水,大火转小,炖一会。最后撒上香草,就成了(PS:家里没香草了,切了点青菜末末,当个陪衬)

干贝、口蘑,一个山货,一个海鲜,都是味道鲜美,搭配起来口感俱佳,既可炒又可炖,一菜两吃啊。

冬天就应该多喝一点汤,有营养又暖和,一举两得。多吃点菌类是个好选择。
