椒香芋艿鸭制作步骤 :

步骤一:烧热炒锅,炒香花椒与盐(无需放油),用花椒盐、料酒、葱、姜将鸭腿腌透(2小时以上)。腌透的鸭腿洗去花椒粒,放葱段、姜片与料酒,切块蒸熟或蒸熟后切块

步骤二:把红梗芋艿煮熟,去皮、切块备用
