1.将排骨洗净(排骨最好选择带脆骨多的为宜)

2.将排骨切成小段(大概2到3厘米为宜)

4.加入底油(不用太多)加热

6.翻炒至5成熟

1.这道菜品要突出蜂蜜淡淡的香味所以不要放花椒大料之类味道浓重的香薰料.'V.j

蜜汁小排骨真是一道私房菜,香嫩的小排骨再配上甜甜的蜜汁真是诱人,最后再在排骨上面撒上密密麻麻的芝麻,真是既饱了口福又饱了眼福,排骨肯定是外酥里嫩,又甜又香

说句实在话,我并不怎么喜欢吃甜食,尤其是肉类的更是如此。但看楼主的介绍和制作过程还是很值得期待的,一道色形俱佳的私家菜肴:excellence

小排放蜂蜜的做法没试过,最后撒上芝麻是亮点,卖相一下就上了个档次。。

话说蜂蜜高温加热的话营养成分就被破坏了,不知道出锅以后再浇上蜂蜜是否可行= =
