【转帖】2013年中国名猪(陆川猪)烹饪大赛 [16P]
2013年9月7日上午,中国名猪广西陆川猪(参赛美食图)烹饪大赛在陆川县县城正式开赛,以下参赛美食原材料都是采用优质陆川猪肉 ,由中国八大名厨烹饪:闽菜掌门人童辉星,粤菜大师李扬波、鲁菜大师高速建、浙菜泰斗级大师姚荣生、苏菜大师胡好梦、徽菜大师李保平、川菜大师郑绍武,以下是大师们的烹饪作品∶
此次评委团成员有川菜泰斗级大师、中国烹饪协会副会长史正良、中国烹饪协会常委、中国烹饪协会名厨专业委员会资深委员王堂豪、中国烹饪大师邓秋、中国烹饪大师、世界御厨西南分会副会长成立红、广西烹饪餐饮行业协会副会长高仕军、美国檀香山大学营养学博士、新加坡健康营养专家郑华、法国蓝带烹饪大师巴斯卡勒等 。
经多名中外美食评委现场品尝打分,评选出12道菜肴成为中华全猪第一宴。此次比赛以陆川猪为主要原材料,制作不同特色的地方菜肴,对将广西陆川猪推向全国市场具有极其重要的意义。

色香味俱全 我认为最好吃的应该是那道烤乳猪和鲜笋炖肉

猪肉的做法里最常见的就是红烧肉了,比较富贵的做法是烤乳猪,其他各个地方菜系也有代表作,总的来说,猪的一身都是宝啊!
