新款柯迪亚克是一款中期改款车型。从外观设计上来看，新款柯迪亚克延续了欧版RS车型的设计，前进气格栅设计的更加宽大，分体式大灯组采用熏黑式设计，搭配下方三段式下格栅，使前脸看起来更加立体。

车身侧面，新款柯迪亚克车身下部的塑料护板面积进一步缩小，轮圈样式经过了重新设计，更加符合当下消费者的审美。尾部方面，新车的尾部变化不大，尾灯组采用了更加扁平化的设计，后雾灯的造型进行调整。新车的后包围处增加了仿扩散器装饰，配合两侧的仿排气装饰，使尾部看起来更加时尚。在车身尺寸方面，新车的长宽高分别为4701*1883*1676mm，轴距为2791mm。

柯迪亚克GT作为运动版车型采用了一体式的前保险杠，内部辅以蜂窝状设计，整体造型更为运动。车身侧面，柯迪亚克GT采用了从B柱之后车顶开始缓慢下滑的设计，呈现出轿跑SUV的设计风格。尾部的车型铭牌以及品牌名称使用了黑色字体，同时尾部凌厉的线条更是突显其运动属性。
