西藏美食-虫草峰蘑菇
这一道西藏名菜是网上所普传的,但我找了许久却找不到做法,自己只好眼看憑经验而烹调而成,不敢说正宗,也希望有西藏的朋友能赐教一二,做得不好,让大家见笑了..

材料:鸡胸肉,冬虫草,蘑菇,鸡蛋,料酒,胡椒粉,淀粉,糖,盐,油.(构杞子只作摆盘装钸用途).

制法:鸡胸肉垛成茸与切成小粒的蘑菇相拌合,加三分一的蛋清,一些淀粉,糖,盐,胡椒粉,大力搞成浆茸再分为十份,手放点油搓成十个园球型状,每个蘑菇鸡茸球上插上一支冬虫草备用.水滚放些料酒,冬虫草后再放虫草峰蘑菇进去炆火炖大约三至四小时,加糖,盐调品即可食用.6T/[zu)YU
